Fees
Aside from a small fee for Know Your Client (KYC) source of funds checks, Crown & Key does not operate on a retainer-based model like most buying agents.
This means we only earn a fee if we successfully secure a property for you. Our fees for finding and purchasing a property are 1.5% (plus VAT) of the purchase price, or 15% of the negotiated saving from the asking price—whichever is greater.
